Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Healthcare, Financials and Consumer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.28%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which rose 3.00% or 10.3 points to trade at 353.7 at the close. Meanwhile, FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) added 3.00% or 11.8 points to end at 405.7 and Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) was up 2.43% or 8.90 points to 375.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb), which fell 4.40% or 465 points to trade at 10100 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) declined 4.09% or 410 points to end at 9620 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was down 2.95% or 31.0 points to 1019.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 60 to 59 and 17 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.32% or 0.20 to $61.59 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.02% or 0.01 to hit $65.24 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.02% or 0.20 to trade at $1331.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.16% to 6.0462, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4470.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.18% at 89.80.
