Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Real Estate, Healthcare and Chemicals sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.26%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 2.42% or 9.9 points to trade at 418.3 at the close. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) added 1.85% or 5.8 points to end at 320.0 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was up 1.26% or 3.9 points to 308.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 3.81% or 21.4 points to trade at 539.6 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 2.00% or 25.0 points to end at 1226.0 and Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) was down 1.78% or 1.16 points to 64.12.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 65 to 57 and 13 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.43% or 0.31 to $71.00 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $78.43 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.01% or 0.10 to trade at $1290.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.29% to 6.3112, while EUR/DKK fell 0.02% to 7.4482.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.14% at 93.27.
