Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Chemicals, Industrials and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.25%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were ISS A/S (CO:ISS), which rose 6.73% or 13.40 points to trade at 212.50 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) added 4.97% or 418 points to end at 8836 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) was up 3.98% or 12.5 points to 326.6 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb), which fell 1.18% or 7.6 points to trade at 637.4 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 0.79% or 8.5 points to end at 1069.0 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) was down 0.65% or 3.6 points to 547.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 75 to 54 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.56% or 0.32 to $57.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.06% or 0.04 to hit $67.11 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.37% or 4.85 to trade at $1332.65 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.08% to 6.5766, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4621.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.16% at 96.308.
