Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.21%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED), which rose 1.79% or 6.90 points to trade at 391.90 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CO:GN) added 1.09% or 2.4 points to end at 222.6 and Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) was up 0.99% or 0.70 points to 71.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which fell 0.47% or 1.6 points to trade at 337.6 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) declined 0.38% or 1.6 points to end at 416.7 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was down 0.14% or 1.0 points to 736.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 71 to 55 and 16 ended unchanged.
Shares in Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) rose to all time highs; up 1.79% or 6.90 to 391.90.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 1.35% or 0.84 to $61.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.99% or 0.65 to hit $64.84 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.23% or 3.00 to trade at $1321.00 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.20% to 6.0409, while EUR/DKK fell 0.02% to 7.4481.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.19% at 89.94.
