Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Personal & Household Goods, Financials and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.17%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE), which rose 3.89% or 4.7 points to trade at 125.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CO:GEN) added 2.99% or 32.0 points to end at 1101.0 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was up 2.65% or 8.9 points to 345.2 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CO:AMBUb), which fell 5.08% or 8.1 points to trade at 151.2 at the close. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) declined 1.74% or 3.70 points to end at 208.80 and Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) was down 0.86% or 4.10 points to 474.30.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 80 to 55 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 2.99% or 1.71 to $55.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 3.06% or 2.06 to hit $65.19 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.23% or 3.05 to trade at $1329.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.14% to 6.5732, while EUR/DKK fell 0.03% to 7.4614.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.00% at 96.363.
