Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Personal & Household Goods, Financials and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.17%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 6.75% or 25.5 points to trade at 403.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) added 3.55% or 6.0 points to end at 174.8 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was up 3.53% or 312 points to 9146 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which fell 2.41% or 7.8 points to trade at 315.4 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) declined 2.03% or 7.9 points to end at 381.9 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was down 1.69% or 18.0 points to 1044.5.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 59 to 58 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.16% or 0.80 to $69.48 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.10% or 0.86 to hit $78.91 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.21% or 2.50 to trade at $1203.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.09% to 6.3919, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4603.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 94.18.
