Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Healthcare, Real Estate and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.16%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb), which rose 1.27% or 10.0 points to trade at 795.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CSE:GMAB) added 1.24% or 15.5 points to end at 1265.0 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) was up 1.07% or 3.4 points to 319.7 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which fell 2.72% or 7.3 points to trade at 261.0 at the close. Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) declined 2.20% or 20.4 points to end at 907.0 and Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) was down 1.53% or 1.6 points to 103.1.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 64 to 58 and 21 ended unchanged.
Shares in Genmab (CSE:GMAB) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 1.24% or 15.5 to 1265.0.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.55% or 0.31 to $56.51 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.13% or 0.08 to hit $63.45 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.10% or 1.45 to trade at $1420.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.13% to 6.7014, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4664.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.07% at 97.822.
