Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.12%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which rose 6.71% or 7.45 points to trade at 118.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) added 6.60% or 9.36 points to end at 151.30 and Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) was up 4.54% or 14.70 points to 338.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV), which fell 6.45% or 72.00 points to trade at 1,045.00 at the close. Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:JYSK) declined 1.64% or 8.20 points to end at 491.00 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was down 0.72% or 1.15 points to 157.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 78 to 63 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 2.46% or 2.10 to $83.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 2.29% or 2.06 to hit $87.77 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.13% or 2.50 to trade at $1,985.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.76% to 7.05, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.70% at 106.07.
