Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Financials and Healthcare sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.10%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CSE:LUN), which rose 7.47% or 13.7 points to trade at 196.3 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) added 4.81% or 5.55 points to end at 121.05 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) was up 2.63% or 325 points to 12690 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which fell 4.30% or 8.4 points to trade at 187.1 at the close. Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) declined 2.39% or 15.0 points to end at 612.6 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) was down 2.10% or 19.0 points to 885.8.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 78 to 50 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 1.05% or 0.48 to $46.12 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.99% or 0.48 to hit $49.19 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.07% or 1.25 to trade at $1839.85 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.04% to 6.1270, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4435.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.07% at 90.650.
