Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Personal & Household Goods, Healthcare and Consumer Goods sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.06%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO:GEN), which rose 1.71% or 24.0 points to trade at 1425.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) added 1.38% or 9.0 points to end at 661.0 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was up 0.59% or 1.7 points to 290.7 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which fell 1.59% or 6.2 points to trade at 383.4 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) declined 1.43% or 5.7 points to end at 392.1 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) was down 1.32% or 5.3 points to 395.3.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 76 to 52 and 10 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 3.49% or 1.67 to $46.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 1.35% or 0.70 to hit $51.28 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.10% or 14.34 to trade at $1312.24 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.44% to 6.2118, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4393.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.31% at 92.18.
