Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Chemicals, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.05%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which rose 2.90% or 11.8 points to trade at 418.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) added 2.53% or 9.2 points to end at 372.8 and Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) was up 1.56% or 5.70 points to 370.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 1.95% or 12.2 points to trade at 612.8 at the close. Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) declined 0.37% or 0.9 points to end at 242.0 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) was down 0.37% or 1.2 points to 324.2.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 75 to 42 and 13 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.16% or 0.10 to $62.47 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.18% or 0.12 to hit $65.66 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 1.32% or 17.40 to trade at $1337.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.54% to 6.0061, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4499.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.42% at 89.58.
