Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Oil & Gas sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.04%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which rose 4.72% or 10.1 points to trade at 223.9 at the close. Meanwhile, Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) added 3.36% or 25.60 points to end at 786.80 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was up 3.31% or 11.6 points to 361.7 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which fell 7.67% or 9.25 points to trade at 111.35 at the close. Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) declined 2.54% or 2.2 points to end at 83.0 and Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) was down 2.54% or 22.6 points to 866.6.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 75 to 59 and 15 ended unchanged.
Shares in Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) rose to all time highs; gaining 3.36% or 25.60 to 786.80.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 1.19% or 0.40 to $33.31 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.03% or 0.37 to hit $35.66 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.35% or 23.20 to trade at $1736.50 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.15% to 6.7199, while EUR/DKK fell 0.02% to 7.4524.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.08% at 98.455.
