Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.03%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which rose 4.69% or 15.5 points to trade at 345.7 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CO:GN) added 3.26% or 7.5 points to end at 237.8 and DSV (CO:DSV) was up 3.09% or 15.6 points to 520.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CO:ISS), which fell 4.54% or 9.70 points to trade at 204.00 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) declined 2.96% or 18.6 points to end at 610.0 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) was down 1.40% or 3.8 points to 266.9.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 66 to 63 and 18 ended unchanged.
Shares in ISS A/S (CO:ISS) fell to 3-years lows; down 4.54% or 9.70 to 204.00.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 3.04% or 1.55 to $52.48 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 2.67% or 1.59 to hit $61.05 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.03% or 12.60 to trade at $1238.60 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.35% to 6.5712, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4623.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.37% at 96.835.
