BEIJING, Dec 17 (Reuters) - China is facing structural inflation but will be able to keep price rises to a reasonable level next year, chief banking regulator Liu Mingkang told a financial forum on Friday.
He also said that hot money inflows presented challenges to China but that the economy was still on course for a soft landing. (Reporting by Langi Chiang and Simon Rabinovitch; Editing by Ken Wills)
