Investing.com - Pending home sales in the U.S. rose more-than-expected last month, industry data showed on Thursday.
In a report, National Association of Realtors said that Pending home sales rose to a seasonally adjusted 4.1%, from 0.4% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -0.5%.
Analysts had expected Pending home sales to rise to 1.0% last month.
