On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for April delivery traded at USD107.80 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.96%.
It earlier traded at a session low USD107.63 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD104.86 and resistance at USD110.55.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.67% to trade at USD79.36.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Brent oil for April delivery fell 1.21% to trade at USD124.67 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts standing at USD16.87 a barrel.
