Alchemy Investments Acquisition Corp 1 Prices 10M Unit IPO at $10/unit

Alchemy Investments Acquisition Corp 1 (ALCY) (the "Company"), a blank check company formed for the purpose of entering into a business combination with one or more businesses, priced its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit on May 4, 2023. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") and trade under the ticker symbol "ALCYU" beginning May 5, 2023. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one-half of one warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbols "ALCY" and "ALCYW," respectively.

The offering is expected to close on May 9, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as sole book runner for the offering. The Company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 units at the initial public offering price, to cover over-allotments, if any.
