Paramount Global (PARA) declined 2%, paring gains after surging 15% during the regular session. Gains followed a WSJ story that suggested Apollo Global Management (NYSE:APO) offered $26 billion (including debt) to acquire the company, although its board chose to enter exclusive merger talks with Skydance.
Aurora Cannabis (NASDAQ:ACB) gained 7%, adding to a 44% intraday gain.
