HONG KONG, Jan 6 (Reuters) - Hong Kong stocks were set to open higher for a seventh successive session on Thursday as better-than-expected data from the United States bolstered investor sentiment.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index <.HSI> was seen rising 0.44 percent to 23,861.22. The China Enterprises Index <.HSCE> of top locally listed mainland companies was indicated to open up 0.37 percent. (Reporting by Vikram S Subhedar; Editing by Chris Lewis)
