PARIS, June 24 (Reuters) - The head of the World Trade Organisation said on Wednesday it is still unclear whether Russian can join the global trade watchdog as part of a customs union alongside Belarus and Kazakhstan.
"I am confused, perplexed ... WTO members are still unclear what the next steps would be. It is time now for serious legal poker by the WTO's members," Pascal Lamy told Reuters in the margins of an OECD meeting in Paris.
