WASHINGTON, Jan 26 (Reuters) - The White House said on Tuesday that a proposal to freeze domestic spending that President Barack Obama will unveil in his 2011 budget will not undermine the country's economic recovery.
"We do not believe ... that the overall macroeconomic effect would impact the recovery efforts," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs told a media briefing.
