NEW YORK, Dec 15 (Reuters) - The United States saw a net capital outflow of $13.9 billion in October after inflows of a revised $127.6 billion the previous month, according to U.S. Treasury Department data on Tuesday.
September's net capital inflows were originally reported at $133.5 billion.
The data also showed that net long-term capital inflows, which excluded swaps, fell to $20.7 billion from an inflow of $40.7 billion in September.
