PORT OF SPAIN, April 18 (Reuters) - The United States hopes to make progress with Colombia on a stalled trade agreement between the two countries, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said on Saturday.
Gibbs said President Barack Obama had asked the U.S. trade representative to work with Colombian officials to discuss the trade agreement.
He said the United States hoped dialogue would continue and progress could be made on the trade deal. (Editing by Mohammad Zargham)
