KIEV, Sept 10 (Reuters) - Ukraine's government will debate the 2010 budget at a special meeting on Saturday with a 3 percent growth forecast and expectation that industrial output rises 1.7 percent, a central bank official said on Thursday.
Petro Poroshenko, the central bank's council chief, also said the economy ministry expected a positive trade balance next year of $517 million and inflation at 12 percent.
Ukraine's economy is expected to shrink by up to 14 percent this year, after output fell over 30 percent in the first months of the year, inflation is seen exceeding 16 percent and the trade account is expected to be in balance.
