HELSINKI, May 14 (Reuters) - Growth in the Finland's national consumer price index (CPI) slowed slightly to 0.8 percent year-on-year in April from 0.9 percent in March, tamed by lower fuel prices and interest rates, Statistics Finland (SF) said on Thursday. ***********************************************************
