LONDON, Dec 3 (Reuters) - MSCI all-country world stock index hit a fresh 14-month high on Thursday as a move by Bank of America to repay government bailout funds shifted investor focus away from concerns about Dubai's debt crisis.
The index rose as high as 302.45, its highest since late September 2008, gaining 0.7 percent on the day.
