TOKYO, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Japan's industrial output fell 10.0 percent in January from the previous month, government data showed on Friday, posting the biggest drop on record and in line with a median market forecast.
Manufacturers' output, the core component of production, is expected to fall 8.3 percent in February but rise 2.8 percent in March, the data from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry showed on Friday.
Industrial output fell 12.0 percent in October-December from the previous three months, marking the fourth straight quarter of declines. (Reporting by Hideyuki Sano)
