BELGRADE, Oct 1 (Reuters) - The Swiss economy will return to growth next year in line with a global recovery but uncertainties remain high, the Swiss National Bank's chairman Jean-Pierre Roth told Reuters in an interview on Thursday.
Major uncertainties led the SNB in September to stick to its full set of drastic policy measures -- adopted to fight the risk of deflation -- despite the global economic improvement, Roth said in the interview conducted during a visit to Serbia.
"In our forecast we see that we will go back to positive growth, but it will be less than what we had in the past," Roth said.
