TOKYO, April 17 (Reuters) - The euro fell to its lowest in a month against the dollar on Friday, dropping below $1.3090 for the first time since mid-March and triggering sell orders that deepened its fall.
The euro fell as far as $1.3065 from just above $1.3100 after ECB President Jean-Claude Trichet said he appreciated U.S. comments that a strong dollar was in its interests. (Reporting by Charlotte Cooper)
