BRUSSELS, June 17 (Reuters) - European Union regulators are examining trade guidelines issued by China that may indicate a tendency to favour buying of Chinese products, a spokesman at the European Commission said on Wednesday.
"We are currently looking at the details of the Chinese guidelines which were issued this month," Amadeu Altafaj Tardio told a daily news briefing.
"We will continue to follow the development of this issue very closely and of course we will continue to seek further clarification of the character of Chinese policy in this area."
