BRUSSELS, March 1 (Reuters) - European Union nations will on Sunday commit to doing all they can to spur economic growth within EU single market rules, according to a draft to be discussed by leaders.
"The meeting must ensure that maximum possible use is made of the single market as an engine for recovery to support growth and jobs," said a draft of the statement read to Reuters.
"(EU states) recognise that unblocking credit channels is crucial for the effectiveness of fiscal impulses undertaken by member states," it added.
The draft is subject to changes during discussions the three-hour summit in Brussels. (Reporting by Mark John)
