BRUSSELS, Nov 30 (Reuters) - The European Commission will ask European Union ministers in December to extend dumping duties on shoes from China and Vietnam, despite a rejection of the plan by a key EU trade panel this month, EU officials said.
"The Commission adopted the proposal to extend the duties under its written procedure and will now put it to a vote in the council (of ministers)," one EU official told Reuters.
