TOKYO, Nov 27 (Reuters) - The dollar pared losses against the yen on Friday, helped by comments from Japanese Finance Minister Hirohisa Fujii, who said that currency moves were extreme and that it was possible to take appropriate measures.
The dollar rebounded above 85.80 yen on trading platform EBS, rising steadily from a low of 84.82 yen, but later came back to 85.64 yen in volatile trade.
