TOKYO, Nov 26 (Reuters) - The dollar fell to its lowest in 14 years against the yen on Thursday, breaking below 87.00 yen and triggering sell orders that also helped send it to a fresh 15-month low on the dollar index.
The dollar fell as far as 86.52 yen on trading platform EBS, its lowest since July 1995.
