WASHINGTON, June 9 (Reuters) - The Senate leadership sees healthcare reform as the chamber's top priority at the moment, displacing financial regulation reform, a Senate Banking Committee aide told Reuters on Tuesday.
Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd, who also serves on the Senate Health Committee, is still committed to sending a financial services modernizing regulation bill to President Barack Obama by the end of the year, the aide said. (Reporting by John Poirier; Editing by Tim Dobbyn)
