BEIJING, Aug 25 (Reuters) - Chinese exports will start to grow from their year-earlier levels by November as demand in overseas markets picks up, a government researcher said on Tuesday.
Fan Jianjun, with the Development Research Centre, a think-tank under the cabinet, made the comment at a financial forum.
Nevertheless, for all of 2009, exports will subtract from growth. They were down 22 percent in the first seven months of the year compared with a year earlier. (Reporting by Langi Chiang and Jason Subler; editing by Ken Wills)
