BEIJING, Nov 4 (Reuters) - A fresh round of monetary easing by the United States will definitely place appreciation pressure on the yuan, an adviser to the Chinese central bank said on Thursday.
Li Daokui, an academic adviser to the People's Bank of China, also told reporters at a forum that results of U.S. midterm elections provided a feeling of relief because they should reduce political calls for China to let its currency rise.
