SINGAPORE, Nov 15 (Reuters) - APEC ended its summit on Sunday with a statement that removed draft references to endorsing "market-oriented exchange rates" and keeping stimulus policies in place until a durable global economic recovery is achieved.
The statement also removed earlier references in draft statements to targets for carbon emissions cuts.
The statement did say the 21 leaders of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation forum would seek to conclude the Doha Round of global trade talks in 2010 and that they "reject all forms of protectionism".
