NEW YORK, June 8 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rebounded off session lows on Monday to end little changed as gains in bank shares offset lighter-than-expected sales from McDonald's and lowered iPhone prices from Apple.
* The Dow Jones industrial average edged up 1.36 points, or 0.02 percent, to end unofficially at 8,764.49. But the Standard & Poor's 500 Index was off just 0.95 of apoint, or 0.10 percent, to close unofficially at 939.14. The Nasdaq Composite Index slipped 7.02 points, or 0.38 percent, to close unofficially at 1,842.40. (Reporting by Leah Schnurr; Editing by Jan Paschal)
