NEW YORK, Oct 2 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks fell for the fourth straight day on Friday as weak jobs data added to recent evidence the economic recovery would be less robust than expected.
* The Dow Jones industrial average unofficially fell 21.91 points, or 0.23 percent, to 9,487.37. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index slid 4.68 points, or 0.45 percent, to 1,025.17. The Nasdaq Composite Index dropped 9.37 points, or 0.46 percent, to 2,048.11.
