NEW YORK, Oct 13 (Reuters) - U.S stock index futures moved higher on Tuesday as the U.S. dollar fell against a basket of currencies .DXY> and commodity prices gained.
* S&P 500 futures rose 1.80 points and were above fair value, a formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration on the contract. Dow Jones industrial average futures added 16 points, and Nasdaq 100 futures rose 3.50 points.
* Investors are also looking ahead to earnings reports from Johnson & Johnson and Intel Corp.
