WARSAW, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Polish treasury ministry shortlisted six bidders for controlling stakes in Polish chemical makers Ciech, Tarnow and ZAK, state agency Nafta Polska said on its web site.
The list includes German chemical group PCC, its Lithuanian rival UAB Achema, National Qatar Industries Company, Polish fund Mistral and two equity firms - U.S. Bain Capital and London-based Cinven.
Poland holds 37 percent in Ciech, 53 percent in Tarnow and 86 percent in ZAK.
The treasury plans to sell the stakes by the end of the year as a part of a larger privatisation drive aimed at financing the growing budget deficit. (Reporting by Adrian Krajewski; Editing by Jon Loades-Carter)
