WASHINGTON, Oct 7 (Reuters) - White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said on Thursday that China needs to take steps on foreign exchange reform and the Obama administration was monitoring its progress on the issue.
"We are watching and evaluating the measures and the steps that they take," he told a news briefing.
