TOKYO, Sept 15 (Reuters) - A veteran Japanese politician will take charge of financial supervision in the world's second-largest economy, Japan's next Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama said on Tuesday.
Shizuka Kamei, 72, the head of a tiny party formed to fight against the privatisation of Japan's postal system, was best suited to be minister for financial services and postal affairs, Hatoyama told reporters. (Reporting by Chisa Fujioka; Editing by Bill Tarrant)
