(Bloomberg) -- China will halve tariffs on some $75 billion of imports from the U.S. from Feb. 14, the Ministry of Finance said in a statement on Thursday.
The cut will be effective from 1:01 p.m. Beijing time, according to the statement. Some of the tariffs will be lowered from 10% to 5%, and the others from 5% to 2.5%.
