WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Europe seems to be struggling to find a proper pan-European response to the coronavirus pandemic, St. Louis Federal Reserve President James Bullard said on Tuesday, citing a German high court decision that European Central Bank bond purchases violate the state's constitution.
"I would like to think a crisis like this would get them to unify a little more to handle things like this a little bit better," Bullard said.
