(Reuters) - U.S. trade officials said bifacial solar panels, which produce power on two sides, would be excluded from the Trump administration's tariffs on overseas-made solar products.
The announcement was made in a document posted online on Wednesday and is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on Thursday, it said.
The U.S. Trade Representative also excluded two other types of solar products from the tariffs and said it would not consider any additional exclusion requests.
