Investing.com - U.S. September durable goods orders unexpectedly fell, official data showed Thursday.
Orders were down 0.1% last month from August.
The Commerce Department revised the August figure to a rise of 0.3% from a rise of 0.1%.
Analysts had expected durable goods to rise 0.1% in September.
Core orders were up 0.2%, in line with forecast; August figure revised to a rise of 0.1%.
