NEW YORK (Reuters) - The U.S. economy is expanding at a 1.48% annualized pace in the second quarter based on government data that showed modest gains in domestic prices in April, the New York Federal Reserve's Nowcast model showed on Friday.
This was faster than the 1.41% growth rate calculated by the N.Y. Fed model a week earlier.
