Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Oil & Gas and Consumer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.02%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 2.36% or 8.7 points to trade at 376.6 at the close. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) added 1.44% or 4.2 points to end at 294.9 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was up 1.02% or 7.0 points to 693.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 3.56% or 23.5 points to trade at 636.5 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) declined 1.06% or 6.5 points to end at 604.0 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was down 1.06% or 140 points to 13080.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 60 to 55 and 20 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.23% or 0.11 to $47.48 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.22% or 0.11 to hit $50.62 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.87% or 11.23 to trade at $1279.17 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.37% to 6.3365, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4368.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.41% at 93.72.
